Your Pie Pizza

Five out of five

Looking for a kid friendly pizza place that is nice on your wallet?

Look no further!

Your Pie, located at 1625 Main Street in Downtown, is awesome! It's in a corner space right by the rail. It has booths, bar stools and benches. The women's bathroom was also clean, which is always a plus!

It's a pizza bar. Here's how it works: choose your dough, next your sauce, and last your toppings. You're not charged for any extra toppings.

They even give the kids the extra dough from their pizza to play with at the table!

Harper was sticking hers on her nose.

They slide it in their fire burning pizza oven. It only takes like five minutes.

I get Harper a cheese pizza with marinara and Beau likes ranch with pepperoni.

If you get the meal, it comes with a side and a drink. I usually go with a salad while the kids get gelato.

Ive saved the best for last... kids eat free on Mondays! That is when we go.

Have you ever been to your pie? If yes, what did you think of it?

2019 New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year!

With every new year comes new goals, new resolutions. Here is mine for the 2019 year:

  1. Vlog. I find that I take all of the pictures. Photography is my passion and I am normally behind the camera. I noticed that I am not in a lot of photos and videos that we have. For obvious reasons because I am the one photo'ing or videoing them! So this year I am going to try and get behind the camera and vlog about different things going on in our lives. My goal is to do it at least once a week. Check out our Vlog explaining our resolutions:

  1. Read more. I grew up with a mother who read all the time. Like seriously, she would read at least one book per week. Mostly fiction books. I did not inherit that. I always come up with excuses. I don’t have time. I am too tired. Blah! My goal this year is to read one book a month. We went to Barnes and Noble a few weeks ago for the first time in forever (cue Anna from Frozen) and it was so fun! Bryan and I each got a book as well as the kids. I bought John Grisham's 'The Reckoning.' I am half way thru it and plan to finish in the next week or so.

  1. Less anger more hugs. My third goal will focus on my relationship with Bryan (mostly). When I feel the need to gripe at him for his in ability to load the dishwasher, or argue with him  when he asks why he has to put lotion on our kids every night, instead of arguing back with him I am going to give him a hug. More love more hugs!

Happy 2019 Everybody!
